Description
TIBCO is officially ending support for release of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM v6.3.0 and v6.3.1.
This action will take effect on December 31, 2019. Although v6.3.0 and v6.3.1 releases of this product is obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.
During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds.
Service Requests on the following releases will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2019: TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM v6.3.0 and v6.3.1.
Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2019.
TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
