Description

TIBCO is officially ending support for TIBCO BusinessEvents Extreme versions 1.3.2, 1.3.3 and 1.3.4

This action will take effect on December 31st, 2020 (12/31/2020).  The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months TIBCO's support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO BusinessEvents Extreme 1.3.2, 1.3.3 and 1.3.4 versions, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements. 

Support cases on the following releases will no longer be accepted after December 31st, 2020 (12/31/2020):
TIBCO BusinessEvents Extreme 1.3.2, 1.3.3 and 1.3.4
            
All Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31st, 2020 (12/31/2020). TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support site to all customers beyond the retirement date.
