TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.1.4 of TIBCO BusinessEvents, and TIBCO BusinessEvents for z/Linux. This action will take effect on March 01, 2018. the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. During the next 12 months TIBCO's support team will continue to answer product questions on these versions, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
After March 01, 2018 we will stop accepting Service Requests on version 5.1.2, 5.1.3 and 5.1.4 of TIBCO BusinessEvents. Any Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, March 01, 2018. Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from TIBCO Support Portal and all hotfixes on these releases will be available from downloads section on support.tibco.com to all customers beyond the retirement date.
