TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.2.0 and 5.2.1 of TIBCO BusinessEvents, and TIBCO BusinessEvents for z/Linux. This action will take effect on  May 01, 2019. This notification serves as official communication of this policy and requests that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please consider the most recent release on TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) when planning your upgrade. 

During the next 12 months TIBCO's support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.2.0 and 5.2.1 versions, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
 
After May 01, 2019 we will stop accepting Service Requests on versions 5.2.0 and 5.2.1 of TIBCO BusinessEvents. Any Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, May 01, 2019. Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base and all hotfixes on versions we are retiring will continue to be available on our support portal (support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
