Revised Retirement Notice:
TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.4.0 and 5.4.1 of TIBCO BusinessEvents and TIBCO BusinessEvents for z/Linux. This action will take effect on October 31st, 2020 (10/31/2020). This notification serves as official communication of this policy and requests that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please consider the most recent release on TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) when planning your upgrade.
During the next 12 months TIBCO's support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.4.0 and 5.4.1 versions, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
After October 31st, 2020 (10/31/2020) we will stop accepting cases on versions 5.4.0 and 5.4.1 of TIBCO BusinessEvents. Any cases under investigation for the release being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, October 31st, 2020. Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base and all hotfixes on version we are retiring will continue to be available on our support portal (support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
