September 30, 2021.

TIBCO is officially ending support for release 2.4.x and any prior releases of TIBCO Mainframe RED. This action will take effect on September 30, 2022.  Although 2.4.x and any prior releases of this product are already obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but no new defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs, will be provided.

Cases on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after September 30, 2022. Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, September 30, 2022.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com) and applicable hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to customers who are current with maintenance support beyond the retirement date.
