TIBCO is officially ending support for release 7.2.x of TIBCO Managed File Transfer Platform Server for UNIX and z/Linux. This action will take effect on September 30, 2022. Although the 7.2.x release of this product is already obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.
During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.
Service Requests on 7.2.x release will no longer be accepted after September 30, 2022. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, September 30, 2022.
TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot fixes will continue to be available to all customers beyond the retirement date.
We encourage you to contact your TIBCO account representative with any questions you may have about this notice, and to find out about alternative support options or migration strategies that may be available and applicable to you.
