TIBCO is officially ending support for release 4.3.0 of TIBCO Mashery Local. This action will take effect on March 31, 2021 (03/31/2021). This notification serves as official communication of this policy and requests that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please consider the most recent release on TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) when planning your upgrade.
Until March 31, 2021 (03/31/2021) TIBCO's support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO Mashery Local 4.3.0 version, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
After March 31, 2021 (03/31/2021) we will stop accepting cases on version 4.3.0 of TIBCO Mashery Local. Any cases under investigation for the release being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, March 31, 2021. Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base and all hotfixes on version we are retiring will continue to be available on our support portal (support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
We encourage you to contact TIBCO Support or your Customer Success Manager with any questions you may have about this notice and to find out about alternative support options or migration strategies, which may be available and applicable to you.
