TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.0.0 of TIBCO Mashery Local. This action will take effect on November 30, 2021 (11/30/2021). This notification serves as official communication of this policy and requests that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please consider the most recent release on TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) when planning your upgrade. 

Until November 30, 2021 (11/30/2021) TIBCO's support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO Mashery Local 5.0.0 version, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
 
After November 30, 2021 (11/30/2021) we will stop accepting cases on version 5.0.0 of TIBCO Mashery Local. Any cases under investigation for the release being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, November 30, 2021. Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base and all hotfixes on version we are retiring will continue to be available on our support portal (support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
