TIBCO is officially ending support for releases 4.0.0, 4.1.0, 4.1.1, 4.2.0 of TIBCO Mashery Local. This action will take effect on December 31, 2019 (12/31/2019). This notification serves as official communication of this policy and requests that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please consider the most recent release on TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) when planning your upgrade. 

During the next 12 months TIBCO's support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO Mashery Local 4.0.0, 4.1.0, 4.1.1, 4.2.0 versions, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
 
After December 31, 2019 (12/31/2019) we will stop accepting cases on versions 4.0.0, 4.1.0, 4.1.1, 4.2.0 of TIBCO Mashery Local. Any cases under investigation for the release being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2019. Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base and all hotfixes on version we are retiring will continue to be available on our support portal (support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
