TIBCO is officially ending support for the 2.9 release of TIBCO Messaging Quasar - Powered by Apache Pulsar.  This action will take effect on February 29, 2024.

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 19 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements, service pack releases, and hotfixes will not be provided.

Service Requests on TIBCO Messaging - Apache Pulsar Distribution of the above releases will no longer be accepted after  November February 29, 2024. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, on February 29, 2024. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hotfixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support web to all customers beyond the retirement date.
