Description

Certain versions of TIBCO Runtime AgentTM (TRA™) software delivered as a bundled component of TIBCO products (for example, as part of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ 5.13.x and 5.14.0 ) will no longer be available after March 31, 2021 (see below list of affected product versions). This means that TIBCO will not be able to fulfill any requests to deliver such versions of TRA™, whether through the TIBCO Software Product eDelivery Site edelivery.tibco.com or through any other channel.
 
The end of support dates for the listed product versions will not be affected by this distribution policy. For the end of support dates on the listed TIBCO product versions, please see:

This distribution restriction is due to the introduction of a new security component introduced in TRA 5.11.1 and TRA 5.10.2. Please refer Release Notes -->Changes in Functionality

Our ability to support issues related to the Entrust component will be limited after March 31, 2021.
 
The following versions of TRA will be removed from the regular TIBCO distribution channels as of November 30, 2020, and will not be distributed under any circumstances after March 31, 2021:

  •  TIBCO Runtime Agent  (TRA) 5.11.0
  •  TIBCO Runtime Agent  (TRA) 5.10.1,5.10.0
  •  TIBCO Runtime Agent  (TRA) 5.9.x and earlier.

NOTE: New release of  TIBCO Runtime Agent  (TRA) 5.11.1  / 5.11.2 and  5.10.2 / 5.10.3 will continue to remain available after  March 31, 2021.
