TIBCO is officially ending support for release 2.10.0 and any prior releases of TIBCO Substation ES. This action will take effect on March 31, 2021.  Although the 2.10.0 and any prior releases of this product are already obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

Between now and March 31, 2021, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on 2.10.0 and any prior releases will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2021. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, March 31, 2021.

For the retired products, all TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and applicable hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to customers who are current with maintenance support beyond the retirement date.
