LBN Revised January 9, 2020: The End of Support date is changed from  December 31, 2020 to January 31, 2021.

TIBCO is officially ending support for 3.3.0, 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 releases of TIBCO eFTL Software. This action will take effect on January 31, 2021.  

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.  Check the TIBCO Product Download Site  (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements, service pack releases and hotfixes will not be provided.    Service Requests on on the above releases of TIBCO eFTL Software will no longer be accepted after January 31, 2021.

Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, January 31, 2021. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available to all customers beyond the retirement date.
