Description
TIBCO is officially ending support for release 11.7.x of TIBCO iProcess Engine, TIBCO iProcess Developer and TIBCO iProcess Workspace.
This action will take effect on July 31, 2025, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product eDelivery Site (https://eDelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.
During the next 30 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.
Support Cases on version 11.7.x will no longer be accepted after July 31, 2025. Support Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, July 31, 2025. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI to all customers beyond the retirement date.
