TIBCO is officially ending support for tibbr® versions 5.2.0,5.2.1,5.2.2,6.0.0,6.0.1 and 6.0.2. This action will take effect on March 31, 2018. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO eDelivery site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. 

During the next 3 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Support tickets on above mentioned tibbr versions will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2018. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, March 31, 2018.TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
