TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.5.0 of TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition and TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition for z/Linux. This action will take effect on January, 31, 2022 (01/31/2022). This notification serves as an official communication of this policy and requests that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please consider the most recent release on TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) when planning your upgrade.
During the next 12 months starting February 01, 2021 TIBCO's support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.5.0 version, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
After January 31, 2022 (01/31/2022) we will stop accepting cases on version 5.5.0 of TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition. Any cases under investigation for the release being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, January 31, 2022. Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base and all hotfixes on version we are retiring will continue to be available on our support portal (support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
