TIBCO is officially ending support for releases 6.1.0, 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 of TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition and TIBCO BusinessEvents Process Orchestration, this action will take effect on January 31st, 2024 (01/31/2024). This notification serves as an official communication of this policy. We request our customers using 6.1.0, 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 versions to upgrade as soon as possible to a supported release of the product. Please consider the most recent release on TIBCO Product Download Site (https://eDelivery.tibco.com) when planning your upgrade. During the next 14 months starting from November 1st, 2022 (11/01/2022) TIBCO's product support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO BusinessEvents 6.1.0, 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 versions, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
After January 31st, 2024 (01/31/2024) we will only accept cases on versions 6.1.0, 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 of TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition and TIBCO BusinessEvents Process Orchestration if customers are entitled to extended support. Without extended support, active cases under investigation for the releases being retired will also be closed per the retirement date, January 31st, 2024 (01/31/2024).
