The customer will be able to download the Hotfix from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI using their username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page.Once logged on they can find the Hotfix under the Download Menu :

In LDAP directories, a comma is a reserved character used as a path separator in Distinguished 
Names. When you used the Users card to configure LDAP realms, you were unable to use an escape 
character (\) with a comma (,) to depict its literal meaning. With this fix, while specifying 
BindUserDN, to depict the literal meaning of a special character, you can specify the 
escape character along with the special character.
