Description
TEA GUI shows blank page when clicking BW product card or others like EMS or Hawk. Unregistering BW agent and re-register might not help. The workaround is to delete <TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME>\tibco\cfgmgmt\tea\data, restart TEA and register BW agents. However the issue could happen again.
Issue/Introduction
TEA GUI shows blank page when clicking BW product card or others like EMS or Hawk. Unregistering BW agent and re-register might not help.
Resolution
This happens if one or more bwagents in an agent network have a different version (eg one agent is running 6.5.0 and another is running 6.5.0 hotfix-01). It is required that all the bwagents in the agent network have the same version including hot-fix.
