Description

When accessing TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA) GUI with  Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, TEA shows a blank page on licking product card BW or Hawk. However, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer work fine. 
This might be because of some enhanced security feature.

Resolution

There two possible solution for this. 
Solution 1:

rename <TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME>\tibco\cfgmgmt\tea\data folder, restart TEA and register agents. 

Solution 2:

  1. backup folder <TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME>\tibco\cfgmgmt\tea\data;
  2. set "tea.dev.developer-mode" to true in <TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME>\tibco\cfgmgmt\tea\conf\tea.conf;
  3. restart TEA, log in TEA as "admin";
  4. click "Agent"on the home page, select the BW agent, then click "Reload". Then check if clicking BW product card shows domains.
