Description:
TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM versions 1.3.0 – 2.1.0 were originally released with support for Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6. Subsequently, TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Updater Tool for Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.0.0 allowed support for JRE 1.7 on those releases.

TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM versions 2.2.0 – 3.1.0 were released with support for JRE 1.7. You can now update existing ActiveMatrix BPM product installations based on
TIBCO ActiveMatrix Platform versions 3.1.5 and 3.3.0 to use JRE 1.8 using TIBCO ActiveMatrix Updater Tool for Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.1.0.

Note: -
- For TIBCO ActiveMatrix Platform 3.1.5, hotfix 15 adds support for JRE 1.8
- For TIBCO ActiveMatrix Platform 3.3.0, hotfix 9 adds support for JRE 1.8

TIBCO ActiveMatrix Updater Tool for Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.1.0 has been added to the download bill of materials for TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM 3.1.0.

Download the tool and use it to upgrade the following versions of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM to JRE 1.8:

Note that this tool does not include a version of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). Java Development Kit (JDK) 8 must be installed and available prior to the JRE upgrade.

JRE 1.8 has not been tested and is not supported with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM version 1.3.0 and below.
