You can download this HotFix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can the download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option. Then go to the AvailableDownloads/BusinessWorks/5.13.1/hotfix-03.

a server type as HTTPComponent.

The CPU usage was high when a server type was HTTPComponent.

The JDBC Call Procedure activity failed for procedures and functions that returned
'REF CURSOR'.

BW-17815
The Application or process instance with the HTTP Receiver as a starter activity went into
the Flow controlled state or the waiting state and did not resume when the flow limit value was
greater than zero and server type was HttpComponent.
