You can download this HotFix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can the download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option. Then go to the AvailableDownloads/BusinessWorks/5.14.1/hotfix-03.

BW-19228
BW Tomcat HTTP server doesn't add all the trusted certificates from the trusted certificates folder to the trust store that it creates.

BW-19296
While using mutual authentication in BW 5.14.1, A fix has been added for the issue When two different certificates exist in the trusted store from the same issuer then only one certificate is loaded.

BW-19323
A fix has been provided to add/restore the missing Content-transfer-encoding header from the body parts.
This is a property base solution.
The name of the property is “com.tibco.plugin.soap.keepTransferEncodingHeader”.
User need to set this property to “true” to enable the fix and to add the transfer encoding header to all the parts.
The default value is “false”.
