The ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SWIFT failed to parse MT 103 messages 
with tags 111/121 from block-3.

SWFT-2115
The ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SWIFT failed to process MT 537 
transaction with a sub-sequence of block "95Q BUYR" and "95P REAG".
