SFT as a Transfer mode in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for Files for Unix and Windows.
In SFT mode, the adapter transfers a file that can be received by other TIBCO Adapter for Files installations configured to operate in the Simple File Transfer mode. SFT is a closed file transfer protocol between a File Adapter publisher and File Adapter Subscriber . A File Adapter running in SFT mode will not work with BW or any other components other than another File Adapter Subscriber.
