Adapter Agent could not start after installing the hotfix of the adapter

Adapter should print an error message if the value of the user key column is null

Support of adb.setEmptyStringToDefault property for IBM DB2
For DB2, add the below property to the JDBC Connection URL:
CatalogOptions=2
