The following additional third-party software is now certified:
   - Web Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0.x (Hotfix 009 and above)
   - IBM DB2 10.5 (Hotfix 007 and above)
   - Oracle Database Server 12c (using 12c driver) (Hotfix 010 and above)
   - Oracle Database Server 12c RAC (using 12c driver) (Hotfix 012 and above)
   - Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (Hotfix 015 and above)

The following additional OS platforms are now supported: 
   - Microsoft Windows 8.1 (Hotfix 007 and above)
   - Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 (Hotfix 007 and above)
   - Microsoft Windows 2016 (Hotfix 015 and above)

The following additional TIBCO products are now certified:
   - TIBCO Enterprise Message Service(TM) 8.1.0 (Hotfix 007 and above)
   - TIBCO Enterprise Message Service(TM) 8.1.0 with JSON Configuration 
     (Hotfix 013 and above)
   - TIBCO Enterprise Message Service(TM) 8.2.2 (Hotfix 013 and above)
