You can download this Hotfix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option, then go to /AvailableDownloads/BusinessEvents/Standard/5.3.0/hotfix-03 to download the Hotfix.

The JMSReplyTo property mapping was not available in the function Event.routeTo().
BE-24858
The BusinessEvents backing store tables were locked after starting cache server
when the Preload Fetch Size property was set.

An exception was encountered while referring the ExtIDs of database concepts,
when two or more primary key combinations in the child table are evaluated to be
same. For example, the primary key combination of 1000002087:50:38 and
1000002087:503:8 were processed as same extID 10000020875038.

The changes committed to the SVN repository were not appearing in the rule
management server (RMS).
