Description
The xml files "be-statemodeler_<version>_prodInfo.xml" and "be-dbconcepts_<version>_prodInfo.xml" not created in %TIBCO_HOME%/_installInfo for DBConcepts and StateModeler Plugin when installing BE 5.6.1 HF4 and below.

Resolution
This is a product issue (CR BE-28546 - BE 5.6.1 Hotfix 4).
The hotfix is installed correctly (no changes/updates for DBConcepts/StateModeler Plugin).
Workaround to create the XML files in _installInfo folder):
Modify "product_businessevents-hf_5.6.1_HF-<number>_FeatureConfig.xml" before installing 5.6.1-HF and update below strings in the feature config file:
From:
"State Modeler SP 1_businessevents-datamodeling"
To:
"State Modeler SP 1_businessevents-enterprise"
From:
"Database Concepts SP 1_businessevents-datamodeling"
To:
"Database Concepts SP 1_businessevents-enterprise"
