You can download this Hotfix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com).  You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials.  
Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option, then navigate to /AvailableDownloads/BusinessEvents/EnterpriseEdition/5.5.0/hotfix-05 to download the Hotfix.

Memory was not cleaned up after internal TIBCO BusinessEvents DataGrid objects
were destroyed.

In WebStudio, an exception was encountered when you checkout a project second
time for some added artifacts or for artifacts which were not checked out in the
first checkout operation. The error was encountered only if the artifacts to be
checked out were other than rule function, decision table, domain model, or rule
template.

In WebStudio, an exception was encountered while importing the decision table if
decision table had the condition "String.contains(template.origin, {0})".

For the Destination Queue threading model, TIBCO BusinessEvents was receiving
all the messages from the JMS queue when the queue size was not specified.

In WedbStudio, when a decision table was exported to a Microsoft Excel file, the
file is updated, and imported again to the same decision table, the updates were
