You can download this Hotfix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com).  You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials.  Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option, then navigate to /AvailableDownloads/BusinessEvents/EnterpriseEdition/5.6.1/hotfix-04 to download the Hotfix.

The Instance.createInstanceFromXML() function had not created the child concepts 
properly in the working memory under the following conditions:
 - The function was used in the Preprocessor Rulefunction
 - The cache option is enabled for the project
 - ObjectManagement of the parent and child concept was set to memory-only

Sometimes the code execution did not broke at breakpoints that were set in the 
rule function inside the project library.

When RMS was configured with LDAP and fully qualified name of the role was used 
in the .ac file, the admin was unable to approve the changes in WebStudio.

When TIBCO Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS) servers switched from active to 
standby, the TIBCO BusinessEvents engines closed connections. This resulted in 
redelivery of messages to the TIBCO BusinessEvents engine and "failed to 
acknowledge" errors to the TIBCO EMS server logs.
