When installing HF on top of BusinessWorks 6.6.0, you might encounter the following error:

(i) Please check your current universal installer version. You can check the version by opening the installer logs(ex: Version = 3.6.6.013).

(ii) If the current version is less than 3.6.6 V14, then please download and use the the latest universal installer version i.e 3.6.6 V14 or higher (V19 is latest). Using the V14 or higher installer, you should be able to install HF successfully.

(iii) You can download Universal Installer from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can the download the it by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option. Then go to the AvailableDownloads/UniversalInstaller/3.6.6/3.6.6_v19.
