Resolution
The deployment of a TCE application failed if the CDD file in the root folder of the project sets Processing Unit name to anything other than "default".
For TCE applications the Processing Unit name must be set to 'default'.
This information is missing/incorrect in the TCE documentation (we plan to update in next release of documentation).
