FAQ
- What will happen to my integrations that are currently running?
- Any integration that is actively processing data and using a Cloud Agent during the downtime will terminate and generate a fatal error for the run.
- Will my agents come back online automatically?
- Yes - the UI will show when they are Ready.
- What will happen to my high watermark?
- If you were actively processing data and received a fatal error, your High Water Mark will behave improperly and we highly recommend ensuring there are no scheduled runs during this time.
- What will happen to my execution history?
- Any rows that had been transacted during the downtime may not show up in your Execution History properly. We highly recommend not running any integrations during this scheduled downtime.
- What happens to my request-reply or message map endpoints?
- Message Maps that receive data will have that data queued up until the agent comes back and will be processed at that time.
- Request Reply Maps that receive data will get an error stating “Agent Unavailable” during that time and that data will need to be re-sent for processing.
- Any integration that is actively processing data and using a Cloud Agent during the downtime will terminate and generate a fatal error for the run.
- How will I know when the maintenance has begun, and once ended?
- We will update the status page when the maintenance begins and when it is completed.
- Will there be issues with the UI during this time?
- What if my agent won't come online after 15 min of downtime?
- Please open a support case if you see any issues after the maintenance period.
- Can I reprocess the failed rows during the downtime?
- No, as to reprocess the data, we need to execute the map on the agent.
- Can I debug the map during the downtime?
- What if I am running my jobs on On-Prem Agents during this outage?
- As the outage is ONLY for the Cloud agents, the jobs on the on-premise agents will keep running as usual.
