Description

In certain scenario TIBCO Cloud Integration (TCI) 2.0  user will observe UX loading issue.


What are the symptoms of these issues?

  • Create/Import  Application dialog spinning
  • Cannot open the Apps from the AppList
  • Cannot navigate to the Marketplace, Environment & Tools tab.

TIBCO Cloud Integration Engineering is aware of this issue and planning to fix this problem . In the mean time please use the workaround suggested below.

What does a users need to do to solve the UX loading issue in 2.0?

Option 1: Clear All the Cookies.

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More More and then More Tools.
  • Clear Browsing Data.

Option 2:  Only to remove one cookie instead of all cookies.
  • Open Developer Tool
