TIBCO is officially ending support for the following product versions:
TIBCO DataSynapse GridServer® Manager 5.1.0, 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 6.1.0, 6.1.1, 6.2.0
This action will take effect on December 31, 2020. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.
During the next nine months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.
Service Requests on the above mentioned product versions would no longer be accepted after December 31, 2020. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2020.
Available hotfixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.
