This hotfix can be downloaded directly from the SFDC Customer Portal Web UI.
1) Login to the SFDC Customer Portal Web UI.
2) Go to the Customer Portal Home, Click on the Downloads drop down menu -->Select Hotfixes
3) The Hotfix is stored under Available Downloads/ActiveFulfillment/3.0.2/hotfix-04

Sometimes after canceling an order and all process components have sent the 
PlanItemSuspendResponse message, Orchestrator would throw a NullPointerException.

An exception occurred when processing a PlanItemSuspendResponse message for large 
plans.

When the OPE GetOfffer flag validateProductComprisedOfGroups=true, offers were not 
displayed that had a minimum  group or record constraint of 1 and would otherwise 
would never be eligible. Now, all eligible products decomposed from the focus product 
(in filter) will not be checked for their group and record constraints with their 
child products. The eligible offer will still be checked whether its addition violates 
the constraints of the parent products in the existing basket and/or the parent product 
in focus from which it is derived from.
