Closed Issues in 3.0.2_HF-008 (This Release)

AF-8939
When the degree of parallelism value was changed to a value other than the default 
value (1), some issues were observed.
With this fix, you can successfully revert to the default value.

AF-8931
The Transient Data Store call response messages and message code was not backward
compatible.
With this fix, you can enable backward compatibility so that the setPlanItemRequest 
output shows the success message from version 2.1.x of Fulfillment Order Management 
(instead of the new updated message "Successfully processed SetPlanItemRequestEvent").
