C++ Specific
GS-13192
Modified the C++ driver behavior so the data transfer timeout is respected as it
is in the Java driver and .NET driver.    For CPP driver, setting value below
1000 will make it unlimited.

Implement driver data transfer's "Retry Wait" option that was missing from the
early version.

Manager
GS-13202
Modified manager shutdown behavior so sockets are explicitly closed to avoid
deadlocked message threads.

Upgrade and Migration
GS-13224
Altering the default behavior of the hotfix installer to avoid installing new
engine JREs by default. Adding the command line argument "updateJRE" to the
hotfix installer which triggers the update to the engine JRE if desired.

1] Customers should login to SFDC Customer Portal Web UI. TIBCO customers use their Support CRM  credentials to access SFDC Customer Portal Web UI.  Their username is their email address.

2] Navigate to Customer Portal Home, Click on the 'Downloads' drop down menu. Select Hotfixes

3] The Hotfix is stored under Available Downloads /DataSynapse/GridServer/6.1.1/
