Description
This is a non-cumulative hotfix to prevent specific upgrade issue from happening
in LMI 6.3.0. This hotfix is designed to be applied to LMI 6.2.0 or LMI 6.2.1
before the launching the upgrade to LMI 6.3.0 . It has no dependencies on any other
hotfixes and can be used in conjunction with any other hotfixes.
