1. Once you have created your report, click on to the Scheduling tab - here you will see a button labeled Manage Recipients:
2. This will open the Appliance Address Book, where you will see a button labeled Add:
3. Once you click this, the following screen appears where you can then add the first and last names of the recipient, along with their email address:
4. Once you click Save, you are returned to the previous screen. Here you will see that you have the option to edit or remove the email recipient that you've just created:
5. At this point, you will see that some email recipients are not available for removal. This is because they are also LMI user accounts. To remove these users from the address book, you must completely remove the associated user account via Management > Users:
6. (Optional) To create a new schedule, make sure nothing is highlighted in the left hand pane, then select the various portions you require. Multiple email recipients can be selected with either Ctrl+click or Shift+click. Once you've made your selections, simply click the Add Schedule button:
To alter an existing schedule, including changing the time of execution and the recipients associated with it, simply highlight the schedule in the left hand pane, make the changes you require, then click the Apply Settings button:
Note that any recipients that you add to the Appliance Address Book are available to all users on the appliance who have the appropriate reporting privileges.
