Description
This is a non-cumulative hotfix to address a specific issue of Tibco EMS Collector
restarting every 60 Secs on TIBCO LogLogic(R) Log Source Package 34.0.0.
It has no dependencies on any other hotfixes and can be used in conjunction
with any other hotfixes.
