This is a non-cumulative hotfix to address specific issues on MC 2.1.1. 
It has no dependencies on any other hotfixes and can be used in 
conjunction with any other hotfixes.

This hotfix fixes two issues: 
    1. Downloaded size calculation issue in HA appliances when upgrade package size is bigger than 2GB
    2. New task is not able to start due to timer issue if the previous task failed.
