Enables upgrades from 5.5.1 to 5.6.2 via MC

***NOTE***

This Hotfix requires that you have already uploaded 5.6.2 artifacts to the artifact repository before applying this Hotfix.

If you cannot find the <MC_HOME_DIR>\data\artifacts\com\loglogic\lmi\loglogic-lmi\5.6.2 directory, the 5.6.2 artifacts may not have been uploaded to the artifact repository first.
