Description

Hotfix TIB_mftccis_8.1.0_HF-001 can be downloaded from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com).  
 
You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials.  Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option. Then go to “/AvailableDownloads/MFT/CommandCenter-InternetServer/8.1.0/” to download the hotfix.
 
The .zip file has the Readme file inside. Please unzip the file and review the Readme file for instructions on how to apply the hotfix.
 
Introduction
 
Hotfixes are cumulative. This is the first hotfix for TIBCO Managed File
Transfer (MFT) Command Center 8.1.0 and TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT) Internet
Server 8.1.0.

Closed Issues in 8.1.0_HF-001 (This Release)
 
The following issues are closed in this release:
 
MFCC-3899
The exception, "Security token cannot be verified" was received when a
department was selected in the Add/Update Transfer Event/Non-Event Alert pages.
 
MFCC-3898
The FTP SIZE command returned an error when communicating with a back-end
Platform Server.
 
MFCC-3897
The audit client and server file names displayed incorrectly in SQL Server after
installing MFT 8.1 when the file name included double-byte characters.
 
MFCC-3889
An intermittent NumberFormatException occurred when the file share archive
server was run.
 
MFCC-3864
Load balancer or monitor "ping" connections to the MFT FTPS Server caused
an Out of Memory error.
 
MFCC-3856        
FTP/FTPS sessions were not timed out when they were inactive after the session
timeout interval.
 
MFCC-3852
On Internet Server "FTP Server" PASV mode and "FTP Client" PORT mode,
Internet Server did not set the TLS ciphers based on the web.xml TLSCiphers
parameter.
 
MFCC-3851
When a network error occurred on a back-end SSH Server, Internet Server did not
notify the Platform Server client that it was a retryable error.
 
MFCC-3812
When a SAML session timed-out, the user was redirected to the MFT login page;
the user should have been redirected to the SAML login page.
 
MFCC-3799
After a file share expired and the archiver was run, the owner of a shared
folder could not access the folder.
 
MFCC-3798
Certificate authentication was not enabled when using a PIV (Personal Identity
Verification) certificate because the SAN PrincipalName was not extracted.
To enable PIV certificate authentication, set the following web.xml parameter
and restart the MFT Server.

MFCC-3791
If many servers were defined (1000+), it took 20 seconds for the Add Transfer
and the Update Transfer pages to be displayed and the CPU usage was high
during that time.
 
MFCC-3777        
The installer did not wait for MFT Server to stop during all steps of the hotfix
installation.
 
MFCC-3776        
When the Virtual Alias had multiple directories, the directory download initiated
by Platform Server failed with a "String index out of range" exception.
 
MFCC-3773        
A long running back-end AS2 upload displayed a database exception on the
checkpoint record in the trace file. But the exception did not affect the upload. 
 
MFCC-3769        
The archiver received an SQL error deleting expired file shares when the
Oracle database was used.
 
MFCC-3759        
When a transfer was set to *LOCAL, an empty trace file was generated for each PPA
executed.
 
MFCC-3735
The LoginAudit file did not accurately log the failed login requests.
 
MFCC-3172
If the User Id field contained an ampersand (&), a user account was not
created.
