Introduction
This is the eighth hotfix for TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT) Platform Server
for UNIX 7.2.0 and TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT) Platform Server
for z/Linux 7.2.0. This is a cumulative hotfix and includes all generally
available fixes for TIBCO Managed File Transfer Platform Server for UNIX 7.2.0
and TIBCO Managed File Transfer Platform Server for z/Linux 7.2.0.

Closed Issues in 7.2.0_HF-008 (This Release)
PSU-633
When TIBCO MFT Platform Server for z/OS sent a file to TIBCO MFT Platform
Server for UNIX, under rare circumstances, the transfer was successful
on TIBCO MFT Platform Server for UNIX but failed on TIBCO MFT Platform Server
for z/OS.
PSU-629
When TIBCO MFT Platform Server for UNIX responded to a receive request for a
small file (under 100K) and the initiator detected an error writing the local
file, the transfer failed but the UNIX responder transfer was successful and
the success PPA was executed.
PSU-626
TLS session negotiation failed when elliptical curve ciphers were used in SSL
or tunnel mode.
PSU-520
Directory list (cfdir) request returned corrupted data when a file or folder
received an "Access Denied" message.

Closed Issues in 7.2.0_HF-007
PSU-512
When cfsend or cfrecv initiated a transfer using a template, the following error
was received: "RemoteCTFile can be only 16 characters long."
PSU-508
The StopOnFailure parameter default was hard-coded to "Yes" for Command Center
initiated transfers, which meant that a transfer failed at the first error
encountered.
NOTE: After applying this hotfix, to define the StopOnFailure parameter default,
you must add the parameter to the "config.txt" "CLIENT" Section:
StopOnFailure: Y { N, Y }
Valid Values:
Y: Directory transfers stop after the first failure
N: Directory transfers continue if a failure occurs
If this parameter is not defined, the default value of Y is used.

PSU-505
A Command Center request using responder profiles failed with the following
error message: "Request failed. m_comm.RecvData() returned -1".
PSU-502
When a user executed "cfnode" to create a node definition, the user was unable
to assign 3DES or AES encryption.
PSU-499
Email alerts were sent with an empty email message body.
PSU-485
If an opening brace ({) was used in the local or remote file name, the transfer
failed.
Note: The opening brace ({) does not work when defined in the PPA Parameter
data.
PSU-484
When executing a transfer through Command Center with a PPA and the
last character of the PPA data was a double quotation mark (") or a
single quotation mark ('), the double quotation mark or the single quotation
mark was truncated and the PPA command failed.
PSU-477
The PPA token %DRIVE caused PPA execution to fail with a "Not Found" error.
PSU-399
A transfer could not be performed when the local or remote file name contained
"OS390:".
PSU-142
The email notification for cfrecv and cfsend did not work when multiple email
addresses were defined for emf and ems parameters.

PSU-465
When daylight saving time switched to standard time, the Command Center
collector could loop if many transfers occurred between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. after
the switch.
PSU-464
An email notification was not sent on successful transfer.
PSU-442
When using User Profiles with a Node Name of more than 10
characters, the cfsend and cfrecv requests failed with the error "Unable to

PSU-447

response incorrectly set the Platform returned to 0x01 which is used for
Windows.
PSU-446
When running a DNI transfer, if the action command of the post processing
action contained double quotation marks (\" \"), the DNI transfer failed.

PSU-428
CRL checking did not work correctly for incoming client certificates.
PSU-424
When a load balancer ran the ping command to a Platform Server for UNIX, an
audit record was created and the audit record error message was incorrect.
An audit record will be created when data is received on the TCP Connection.
If no data is received, no audit record will be created.
PSU-423
When transferring a directory to another Platform Server for UNIX, if the
password contained special characters, the transfer failed.

environment variable was not configured manually, an incorrect message was
displayed.
PSU-407
When MFT Command Center executed management functions to a Platform Server
for UNIX configured in FIPS mode, the following problems occurred:
: An error occurred when retrieving audit logs through the Collector or
through the Audit Poll
: An error occurred when managing Platform Server functions.
PSU-401
Although the RequiredNodeDefinition parameter in the CLIENT was set to yes,
when you performed a transfer, if the destination was not in the cfnode file,
the transfer was successful.

When the MFT Command Center administrator resubmitted a Platform Server for
UNIX Send Command transfer, the Transfer Type parameter was incorrectly set
