This hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Web User Interface using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.
Once logged in, you can find the hotfix under the Downloads Menu: "AvailableDownloads/ActiveFulfillment/4.0.2/Hotfix-5"

The zip files TIB_fom_4.0.2_HF-005_*.zip include the Readme file inside.

If you canceled one of the order lines involved in an affinity, 
then affinity plan items were re-created.

After the second amendment, the REDO plan items were not triggered for the 
completed plan items.

An order remained in the EXECUTION status even after you performed the SUSPEND 
or RESUME action.

AF-9586
Sequencing did not work in REDO and COMPENSATE plan items of an amended plan.

REDO plan items were added incorrectly after the second amendment.

AF-9451
Offer and Price Engine was not returning reason for Ineligible Price details 
in response. 
For controlling ineligiblePrice response, a new flag "ReturnIneligiblePrice
= true/false" has been added for getPrice request.

Unexpected REDO plan items were generated in the plan after you amended 
a plan with affinity plan items.

The database columns for PLAN_ITEM.RETRYCOUNT and PLAN_FRAGMENT.RETRYCOUNT were 
not being updated.

When executing SyncSubmitOrder over JMS, the Fulfillment Order Management responded

As the Oracle has stopped releasing Java 1.8 updates, the Java version 1.8 is

The dependency between the plan items was in wrong state after the second amendment.

When a query with segment eligibility was submitted and attached with an invalid product, 
Offer and Price Engine returned heavy payload (the entire product).
