This hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Portal. After logging in to the portal, select the Downloads menu option and select Hotfixes from the dropdown menu. Then navigate to AvailableDownloads/Scribe/Insight/7.9.2/hotfix-10.

After upgrading to Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 the Workbench and Insight 
Console are getting error “Error creating QuerybuilderForm (CoCreateInstance 
failed) – Class not registered (Error code = 80040154)

The hotfix requires that Insight 7.9.2 be installed and is not compatible with 
older versions of Insight. Only apply the hotfix if your system is running 
.NET 4.7. If you need to roll back to an earlier version of .NET, you must also 
roll back the hotfix binaries as they will only work on a system with .NET 4.7 
installed.
