This hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Portal. After logging in to the portal, select the Downloads menu option and select Hotfixes from the dropdown menu. Then navigate to AvailableDownloads/Scribe/Insight/7.9.3/hotfix-03.

Issue/Introduction
TIBCO Scribe® Insight 7.9.3 hotfix 3 is now available.
Resolution
If the message processor consumes more than 300 MB of additional memory, the message processor will be stopped and the message server will start a new instance of the message processor.
